AfroGeode & the Gemstones experiment with funk, soul and jazz, mixing timely, pointed originals with a wide range of creatively interpreted cover songs. The sound blends the best of 1960s Motown and ’70s Memphis with a haunting, righteous 21st-century message.

Big Salt is a mixture of garage rock and post punk music. The band grinds it out as a four-piece with distorted and ambient guitars, rumbling bass lines, titanic drums and in-your-face vocals.

Charmme is heart on yr sleeve bedroom pop from Mpls.
