DESCRIPTION:EVENT DETAILS \n\n	\n		\n\n	\n	\nThe Hook and Ladder event center \n– Cocktails & Snacks – 6pm\n– Dinner (Station Service) – 7:00pm :: 21+\n– Reservations: $110 (Tickets limited – No Refunds)\n(This event sells-out every year\, so please don’t wait to secure your tickets.)\n		\n					\n\n	\n\n	\n				\n			\n			\n EVENT DESCRIPTION \n\n	\n		\n\n	\n	\n~ A Firehouse Performing Arts Center Fundraiser ~\nMorel Feast – SOLD OUT\n—\n\nAttention Minnesota Foodies!The non-profit Hook & Ladder Theater is proud to announce another sure sign of spring with the return of it’s Annual Morel Feast Fundraiser on Thursday\, May 28th\, 2026\, featuring another outstanding mix of local chef-talent with the focus on eclectic preparations of Minnesota’s state fungus\, the mighty Morel!\n \nAs in past years\, The Hook & Ladder Theater will be transformed for one-night only into a pop-up culinary exploration of this coveted rite-of-spring with live entertainment with Nicholas David\, complimentary Craft Beers by Summit and a wide variety of complimentary Wines.\n \nThe 2026 Morel Feast will be safely held as an indoor/outdoor theater/patio event and Tickets will be limited to just (120) guests in total\, with our friends at The Gentleman Forager again providing us with fresh mushrooms!\nGuests will receive a punch card upon arrival\, each punch is good for (1) sample plate at every chef station\, in addition to the apps\, the salads\, a variety of fried fresh Morel preparations and beverages!\n—\n6-7pm – Guest arrival\, happy-hour/snacks featuring:  \n  \n\n\nMusic by Nicholas David\nFresh-baked\, sliced French bread from Patisserie 46\nDélice de Bourgogne Cheeses\nComplimentary beverages from Summit Brewing and a wide variety of vintners!\nGentleman Forager sourced Fresh morels mushrooms fried in: Amish roll-butterand/or Maytag Blue Cheese\n\n—\n7pm – Salads & Protein\n\nSalad: Fresh micro-greens tossed in a light Italian vinaigrette \nGrilled Ukrainian (Kramarczuk’s) prosciutto wrapped fresh-picked asparagus spears drizzled in a lemon-morel butter\nProtein: Senterz’s home-smoked Morel & Swiss sausage\, an annual Hook preparation\, charcuterie boards and much more!\n\n7pm – Station-served Chef Courses* featuring amazing morel-based dishes from: \n\nChef Derik Moran @ Saint Genevieve\nChef Bryant Castro @ Hell’s Kitchen \nChef Sandra Sherva @ Savory Bake House \nChef Bob Samuelson @ Grumpy’s Bar & Grill  \nChef Lutinji @ Lutunji’s Palate \nPlus More Specials Chefs TBA Soon!\n\n*The full list of participating chefs and the Chef Menu will be announced to ticket holders one-week out!\n—\n** Some people are allergic to even the safest mushrooms.
